Learning Objectives Upon completion:
Participants should be able to know the clinically important radiologic features of extradural spine infections such as epidural abscess, osteomyelitis, and discitis; know the radiologically important features of spine trauma; identify the important clinical and radiologic features of extradural spine tumors; know the indications and limitations of MR neurography and other imaging techniques; and understand common myths about the use of radiologic findings to predict the anatomic origin of back pain or the prognosis of motor deficits associated with acute disk herniation.
