Participants should become familiar with the common causes and clinical features of rapidly progressive dementia, be able to apply sensitive and specific tests to accurately diagnose patients with specific causes of rapidly progressive dementia, and be able to recognize the clinical and paraclinical findings that suggest a potentially reversible cause of rapidly progressive dementia.
