Participants should become familiar with ENLIGHTEN (ENgaging Leaders In Global and local HealTh Equity in Neurology) T32 fellowship, an innovative 2-year program funded by the NIH, with the overarching goal of providing a formalized, in-depth mentored research experience and the support required to undertake stimulating postdoctoral training in neurological health equity methods. ENLIGHTEN fellows will identify and address social determinants of neurological health through the development of effective and sustainable solutions to reduce health disparities and improve outcomes among patients with neurological conditions.
