Participants should be able to: recognize,diagnose and develop a basic therapeutic plan for the management of the most commonly encountered sleep disorders in the MS population, including hypersomia, insomnia, and motor disturbances of sleep; recognize and manage cognitive impairment in persons with MS; and list potential benefits of exercise for persons with MS and suggest an appropriate exercise regimen.
