Experiential Learning Area
Participants will be familiar with the components and philosophy of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as an intervention, and its possible roles and applications within neurology. They will have experienced some聽examples of meditation styles taught within MBSR, and appreciate the state of current research understandings of MBSR in neurology, benefits and limitations, and future opportunities.
