Participants should become familiar with updates in the field of neonatal neurology: neuroprotection measures, neuroimaging techniques, seizure management, and role of genetic testing for neurologic disorders in the neonatal period, with the goal to facilitate early diagnosis and management, prognostication and to optimize the long term care/outcomes for these infants.
