Child Neurology and Developmental Neurology
Participants should become familar with utility of broad and early genetic testing for common pediatric neurological indications, recognize the limitations of standard genetic tests and when to consider advanced functional studies, and be able to consider a neurogenetic metabolic disorder in the differential diagnosis based on symptoms and time course of presentation and understand the imaging, genetic, and biochemical work up and findings for a suspected neurometabolic disorder.
