Participants should be able to describe the diagnostic approach to patients with suspected myositis; recognize the diagnostic and prognostic values of myositis-associated antibodies, and their role in cancer risk stratification; identify the histopathological findings in inflammatory myopathies and their clinical significance; demonstrate the use of muscle imaging in the diagnosis and treatment monitoring of inflammatory myopathies, and get an update on the rapidly evolving treatment landscape.
