Participants should be able to recognize the clinical features of common gait disorders seen in adults; formulate a structured approach to the clinical examination that allows better characterization and localization of gait disorders; apply concepts from neurologic-rehabilitation and physical therapy to the evaluation and treatment of gait disorders; and demonstrate and apply these new concepts to specific patients in a case-based review.
