Participants should become familiar with the multifaceted issues surrounding disparities in clinical research and how these disparities affect the validity and generalizability of research findings. It aims to highlight the critical role that clinical private practice can play in mitigating health care disparities in neurology through the incorporation of research. This course will provide actionable steps to begin research efforts and address disparities within their private practices.
