Leadership
We all wear multiple hats: one of a working neurologist and one of an adult leading our personal lives, and likely one as a caregiver of someone or something. Everybody struggles with keeping the "ship afloat." What might be the "secret sauce" of highly efficient and successful people who seem to be able to balance it all? How can we juggle it all without burning out? At the end of this workshop, participants should be able to evaluate possible solutions to the work-life-juggle, describe how finding a purpose may help prevent burnout, and develop strategies for managing time.
