Learning Objectives Creating a program budget can be a useful tool in program management and can demonstrate to department leadership the importance of adequate funding for a training program. Without an overall program budget small, hidden costs can get overlooked and then funding gets denied when it's requested. Participants in this session will learn how to create a budget for their program, tips for managing their budget, and how to talk about program budget with key department leaders.
