Having a change in program leadership can be overwhelming. Two coordinators will share their own experiences of preparing for and working with new program directors in both residency and fellowship programs. Participants will have a starting point to plan for their own leadership transitions, share their own experiences, and identify ways to succeed when faced with this situation.
