This presentation will highlight the approach taken at one neurology department and an institution to expand equity and inclusion within the neurology training program and faculty recruitment in an effort to better reflect, care, and serve our community. We will review our processes, curriculum additions, and mentoring approach that have placed our department on an improved path to health equity.
