General Neurology
Academic neurology presents unique challenges to well-being that span the clinical, scientific, and educational missions of an academic department. Improving well-being in this setting requires a multi-faceted plan that includes assessment and intervention at the individual, team, and organizational levels, with particular attention to cultural issues such as psychological safety. This interactive session will present accessible resources for assessing and addressing academic neurologist well-being that will empower attendees to fortify well-being in themself, their team, and department.
