This interactive session will introduce the concept of looking for job satisfaction and career growth outside the walls of your daily practice/institution. Many of us feel underappreciated at our day jobs. Becoming active through consortia, societies, editorial boards, or even volunteerism (social justice) can lead to fulfillment, which can then protect us from the daily grind.
