Participants should be able to identify the emotional and psychological challenges faced by health care professionals and how creative expression can serve as a tool for processing these experiences; explore the therapeutic potential of art, including medically inspired artwork, as a means of personal reflection, emotional resilience, and connection; understand how medically-inspired art can positively impact patients and health care providers by fostering deeper self-awareness; and apply simple, creative strategies to incorporate artistic practices into their own routines for stress management and self-care.
