Autism diagnosis for females continues to be delayed. Often times, the diagnosis is missed due to masking, differences in presentation, and the use of standardized assessments that do not capture these nuances. This session will highlight the differences in the presentation and diagnosis of females with Autism over their lifetime and promote discussion on potential updates to our current diagnostic criteria.
