A: The AAN Fall Conference and APP Pre-conference will take place October 24-27, 2024, at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, and live online.

Q: Which registration do I purchase if I want to attend the Fall Conference in Las Vegas?
A: To attend in Las Vegas, purchase the Full Registration. This includes attendance in person as well as access to the online platform, where sessions will be live-streamed and recordings will be available to view through November 11, 2024.

Q: Which registration do I purchase if I want to attend the Fall Conference online?
A: The Online Conference Registration includes access to the online platform to view live sessions, and the recordings will be available to view through November 11, 2024.

Q: If I have accessibility needs or dietary restrictions, who should I contact?
A: Please indicate accessibility needs and dietary restrictions in the registration form. If you need additional assistance, you may contact registration in addition to indicating these needs on your registration form.

Q: How can I extend my access to recordings from the Fall Conference?
A: Fall Conference registrants can upgrade their registration to include Fall Conference On Demand to extend access to session recordings through August 1, 2025, and get up to 55% off the regular On Demand pricing. To upgrade, contact the Fall Conference Registration Support Center by November 11, 2024. Session recordings will be available through Fall Conference On Demand located in the AAN Online Learning Center starting November 12, 2024.

Q: Will session recordings for the Fall Conference be available for purchase after the conference?
A: Yes, session recordings will be available with Fall Conference On Demand in the Online Learning Center. Recordings will be available in the Online Learning Center from November 12, 2024, through August 1, 2025.

Q: How do I register to attend the 2024 Fall Conference?
A: Registrations are processed through the AAN's official registration vendor, Convention Management Resources (CMR).

Q: How can I cancel or change my registration?
A: Cancellations must be submitted to CMR via their Online Support Center. Fees may apply. See cancellation policies for deadlines and fees.

Q: How do I add Fall Conference On Demand?
A: You can include On Demand when registering for the Fall Conference. If you are already registered and would like to add it, please email aanfcsupport@cmrus.com.

Q: Who do I contact for assistance with registration or with questions about the Fall Conference?
A: For questions regarding your registration or the conference, contact the CMR Online Support Center.

Q: If I register for Full Conference Registration but do not attend the Fall Conference in Las Vegas, will I still be able to access the online session recordings?
A: You are not required to attend in Las Vegas in order to access the online session recordings. However, if you are interested in only the conference recordings, you may register for Online Conference Registration which will give you access to sessions from Las Vegas in the online platform.

Q: How do I register to attend the Skills Workshop?
A: The Skills Workshop is available with Full Conference Registration only and will appear as an option when registering for Full Conference Registration. There is no registration fee, but space is limited. If no spots are showing or the option is not available, it has already sold out.

Q: If I am attending the Fall Conference online, may I attend the APP Pre-Conference in person?
A: The APP Pre-Conference is only available for attendance in the same registration type as your Fall Conference registration. However, if you register for the Full Conference Registration with APP Pre-Conference, you will be able to attend the APP Pre-Conference online as well as in person.

Q: Are there special rates for members from low- and lower-middle-income countries?
A: Members from low- and lower-middle-income countries (as defined by the World Bank) automatically receive waived or discounted registration when they log in with a Member ID associated with one of the countries listed.

Q: When is the deadline to claim CME for the Fall Conference?
A: Complete evaluations to get your CME credits by November 11, 2024 (or August 1, 2025, with Fall Conference On Demand). Transcripts will be available upon evaluation submission. AAN members can also access their transcript via NeuroTracker^™.

Q: Why should I book within the AAN's hotel block?   
A: The AAN has negotiated a discounted rate for attendees of the AAN Fall Conference that is only available when booking through the AAN's link. Should anything happen to interrupt or affect your stay, the AAN is only able to assist those who have booked within the block. In addition, your booking within the block helps the AAN receive better terms for this and future conferences, helping to offset the cost of the conference and keep registration costs low.  

Q: How do I make, change, or cancel a reservation at the conference hotel?   
A: Make or manage your existing reservation at Caesars Palace Las Vegas directly with the hotel online using your name and confirmation number. You may also contact the hotel at (877) 603-4389 and reference the AAN Fall Conference or SCAAN4 to make or modify your reservation. Please note that if booking or making changes by phone, an additional charge will be applied.  

Q: Is there a deadline to book my hotel reservation to get the AAN rate?   
A: The deadline to make hotel reservations through the AAN is Thursday, September 26, 2024. However, we encourage you to register early to ensure you can get a reservation at the AAN rate. After September 27, rates and rooms are subject to availability.  

Q: If I cancel my registration for the Fall Conference, do I need to cancel my hotel reservation as well?   
A: If you cancel your registration or change to an online-only registration, you must also cancel your hotel reservation. The hotel reservation will not automatically be canceled on your behalf.
