A: For questions regarding your registration or the conference, contact the CMR Online Support Center.
Q: If I register for Full Conference Registration but do not attend the Fall Conference in Las Vegas, will I still be able to access the online session recordings?
A: You are not required to attend in Las Vegas in order to access the online session recordings. However, if you are interested in only the conference recordings, you may register for Online Conference Registration which will give you access to sessions from Las Vegas in the online platform.
Q: How do I register to attend the Skills Workshop?
A: The Skills Workshop is available with Full Conference Registration only and will appear as an option when registering for Full Conference Registration. There is no registration fee, but space is limited. If no spots are showing or the option is not available, it has already sold out.
Q: If I am attending the Fall Conference online, may I attend the APP Pre-Conference in person?
A: The APP Pre-Conference is only available for attendance in the same registration type as your Fall Conference registration. However, if you register for the Full Conference Registration with APP Pre-Conference, you will be able to attend the APP Pre-Conference online as well as in person.
Q: Are there special rates for members from low- and lower-middle-income countries?
A: Members from low- and lower-middle-income countries (as defined by the World Bank) automatically receive waived or discounted registration when they log in with a Member ID associated with one of the countries listed.
Q: When is the deadline to claim CME for the Fall Conference?
A: Complete evaluations to get your CME credits by November 11, 2024 (or August 1, 2025, with Fall Conference On Demand). Transcripts will be available upon evaluation submission. AAN members can also access their transcript via NeuroTracker™.
