Fall Conference: Know before you go

Please review the following information to help maximize your experience at the 2024 AAN APP Pre-conference and Fall Conference.

Badge pick-up/registration 

  • Pick up your badge at the registration desk starting at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, October 24. Registration will be available throughout the meeting. If you have any questions regarding your registration, please contact CMR Support or visit the on-site registration desk. 
  • The conference will take place October 24-27 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
  • Courses will also be live streamed via the  a²Ô»å mobile app.

Set up your technology 

Enjoy a seamless experience between the mobile app and online platform, which provides the most up-to-date information on the conference program, events, and more.

Prefer a paper schedule? Download the  to find your way to programs. Printed copies will be available at the registration desk. 

Attendee meals 

  • Breakfast: Served Thursday-Sunday mornings outside course rooms from 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. 
  • Lunch:
    • Thursday: 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m. — Octavius 13-14
    • Friday: 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. — Exhibit Hall
    • Saturday: 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. — Exhibit Hall
  • Coffee breaks: Coffee is available with breakfast and lunch each day. 
  • Exhibit hall reception: Return to the exhibit hall from 4:00–5:30 p.m. for the Exhibit Hall Reception to network with colleagues and enjoy drinks and light snacks.

Dietary requests: The daily attendee lunch always includes one option that is vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free. Kosher and halal meals must be special-ordered and noted on your original registration form. Contact registration to determine availability.

´¡³¦³¦±ð²õ²õ¾±²ú¾±±ô¾±³Ù²â 

Lactation and prayer rooms: Private rooms for nursing, pumping, and/or praying are available for use during the conference. Visit the registration desk for access to these rooms.  

WiFi 

Free WiFi is available throughout the course rooms and exhibit hall.

Speakers/presenters 

Speakers or presenters with materials or a presentation to upload can go to Speaker Ready in Octavius 22 during these hours: 

  • Thursday, October 24:  7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Friday, October 25: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. 
  • Saturday, October 26: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, October 27:  7:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
