The 2025 AAN Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall will provide an opportunity for attendees to learn about the latest technology, research, and industry products. The hall will also offer areas to relax and unwind, including cafes, device charging stations, a robot that can sketch your portrait, and even a puppy park!

The exhibitor resource center allows companies to order services from our vendors. This includes registration, hotel information, floral, photography, lead retrieval, electricity, Wi-Fi, audio-visual services, and all of your decorating needs. Exhibit Hall Passport
Explore a world of information by stopping by the participating booths to get your daily passport sheet stamped. Once completed, turn in your passport for the chance to win great prizes! The passport changes daily so be sure to stop by each day the Exhibit Hall is open for another chance to win prizes.

Innovation Hub
This physician-led education hub showcases how the future of neurology is changing and how you can adapt, along with different interactive areas to take a break and decompress.

Exhibit Hall areas:

• SketchBot mosaic: Get a sketch of yourself in 45 seconds! Take home a personalized portrait of yourself and be sure to share the digital version online.
• Puppy Park: Take a load off... with puppies! Stop by to pet, play, and snap photos with lots of cute, fuzzy puppies.
• Buzz Cafes: Relax and get a pick-me-up with a cup of coffee, a latte, or another warm beverage.
• Career Fair Neighborhood: Find hospital networks with multiple opportunities to drive your career to the next level.
• Association Neighborhood: Find nonprofits with information and resources to help improve the lives of people with neurological diseases and their caregivers.
• First-time Exhibitor Neighborhood: Find companies new to exhibiting and new to AAN attendees! Learn what their company has to offer to enhance patient care.
• Charging lounges: Take time to recharge your devices while sinking into comfy seating to recharge you. It's the perfect time to kick back and comfortably watch a session online, too.
• Presentation stages: These short-form presentations take place on a centralized stage within the exhibit space and provide a forum to discuss a product and its role in treating a disease. This is a terrific way to learn more about advancements that are changing lives.
